Tinubu's social intervention big racket without beneficiaries, says ADC

THE African Democratic Congress (ADC) has challenged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to unveil beneficiaries of  the  N33.75 billion in cash transfers to 3.29 million households under the social investment  scheme describing it as a racket run for the benefit of officials, not the poor.
